Everyone is invited and needed to serve as Twilight Camp volunteer staff!
- Staff Volunteers (need 2-4)
- MUST arrive by 5:00 p.m. each night during the week of camp (Monday-Friday, June 1 - 5)
- Attend monthly Staff Meetings
- Attend Staff/Unit Leader Training (Sunday, April 26, 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm)
- Attend Parent/Camper Meeting (Thursday, May 14, 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm) to answer questions, help with Units, pass out T-shirts, get camp names, etc.
- Be a registered Girl Scout (no later than April 13)
- Register for Firewheel Twilight Camp (no cost) (no later than April 13)
- Complete Background Check (no later than April 13)
- Complete Protecting Our Girls Online Training (no later than April 13)
- Unit Leader Volunteers (need 20+)
- MUST arrive by 5:30 p.m. each night during the week of camp (Monday-Friday, June 1 - 5)

Every adult volunteering for Twilight Camp MUST read/complete/submit:
• Unit Leader Position Description
• Adult Volunteer Staff Application, Health Information, Certification Information, etc in CampDoc
• Criminal Background Check (must complete each year when working a Day/Twilight Camp even if you have completed one for your Troop Leadership role)
• Protecting Our Girls online course every 2 years (must have copy of your certificate of completion no later than the Unit Leader Training). all adults attending Twilight camp will need to complete the Protecting Our Girls course within 24 months prior to the start date of the camp session.
Information to complete these forms is found online at www.gsnetx.org/dtcamp. If you are not a member, you will also need to complete an Adult Membership Registration form and pay the Adult Membership Fee.
To increase your chance for placement, please volunteer yourself or find another adult(s) who will volunteer to take training and serve on the Twilight Camp staff for the week. Each adult working the entire camp session may submit up to six (6) child names on their Adult Volunteer Staff Application. Volunteers will not necessarily be placed in a unit with the children they have registered (units are sorted by age/Program Grade Level in Fall).
