I am volunteering at day/twilight camp – how do I register for day/twilight camp?
Any adult volunteering to work at Firewheel Twilight Camp will register by using the online application found at app.campdoc.com
As a Firewheel Twilight Camp Unit Leader Volunteer I am including 6 girl’s names with my registrations, what do I do to re do I send the girls' forms?
Girls’ forms & payment will be completed On-line. The girls names you list on your registration will be sent to us once your registration is complete. Please have the girls register ASAP after you do so we can ensure their placement.
How do I pay day/twilight camp?
All payments will be made on-line during the on-line registration process for Adults and Girls.
I am volunteering to work at Firewheel Twilight Camp and want to bring my 6 year old son and 3 year old daughter. Do I need to register them?
Yes – all boys (6-12) and preschoolers (ages 3-5) need to register on-line, same as a girl would use for registration. Boy and Preschool units are for children of Firewheel Twilight Camp Volunteers only. Cost is $30 for boys and preschoolers.
Can I get a refund if my daughter can’t attend day/twilight camp after I have registered?
$10.00 of the camp fee is non-refundable after placement and will be deducted from any refund. Before the camp registration deadline, April 13, an email request to the camp director must be received to obtain a partial refund (payment amount minus $10). After camp registration deadline, April 13, there will be no refund given.
Can a non-member attend a day/twilight camp?
During the registration process you will be asked "Is this person a registered Girl Scout?" Answer "No" and the system will add non-refundable fee for annual membership dues.
My daughter is interested in attending day/twilight camp as a Program Aide – how do I find out about this opportunity?
